Program Description

General Education Core course listings and definitions appear on pages 54-57. Placement testing will determine the sequencing of courses. Additional courses may be required. In order to graduate and be guaranteed admission to a CT State University or to Charter Oak State College, you must earn an overall 2.0 GPA.

3Summer only at NVCC. This course is offered in the fall and spring semesters at Housatonic, Gateway, Tunxis, Norwalk, WCSU, CCSU, and SCSU. PHY*H221 and H222 Calculus-Based Physics I&II must be taken for the American Chemical Society approved Bachelor’s degree.
