Matthew is a 1997 graduate of the School of Information Studies at Syracuse University.  He has 15 years of IT experience. 

Since 2007, Matthew has focused his career in CyberSecurity. Currently Matthew is employed by Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) in East Hartford, CT as a Global Security Administrator. 

For the past 10 years Matthew has also served as founding partner and President of OnPoint Consultants.  OnPoint is a technology firm that specifically provides IT services for small business in the Hartford, CT area. 

Matthew serves as President of the Hartford Chapter of the Black Data Processing Associates (BDPA). BDPA is a National nonprofit organization. One of BDPA's many goals is to foster and help grow interest among high school and college students in the Information Technology (IT) field.

With a BS in Finance from Post University, Cheryl worked for 15 years in the Accounting and Finance areas before being appointed to the position of Human Resource Manager at Crystal Rock.  While holding that position she expanded her knowledge base by earning her Masters of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from DeVry University as well as her SPHR Certification.  Currently the Vice President of Human Resources for Crystal Rock she is responsible for 375 employees across 13 branches and 5 states, Cheryl directs all HR matters, including: compensation, benefits, training, policy, compliance with state/federal law, risk manager in regards to workers comp, auto and general liability claims. As Crystal Rock’s organization expands, Cheryl will lead efforts to support the needs of new personnel, retain top talent and create a recurring, systematic pipeline of new recruits.

Beverly J. Ruekberg received a Masters in Public Health from Iona College and a Master’s in Education from Adelphi University.  She has held several senior level positions for major health care companies in New York and is currently President of Home Care Advantage, LLC.  A strong advocate and resource for seniors and people with disabilities, she is involved in a variety of community service programs that promotes eldercare and ways to help them maintain their independence. Her professional interest focus on geriatrics and helping people living with dementia, lead dignified and productive lives. She is an active member of several Chambers of Commerce, Danbury Women’s Business Council, Southbury Business Associations, Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, B.I.G.- Women’s Networking Organization, CT  Homemakers/Companions Association and the National Home Care Private Duty Association.  She was recently honored with a Master’s Certificate in Business Management and Leadership awarded by the Danbury Women’s Business Council.  Beverly resides in Danbury with her husband, Peter and daughter, Amanda.
