Employee vs. Contractor Guidelines
It is important for you to be clear to prospective employees about whether they will be considered an employee or a contractor for tax and other purposes. Please reference the guidelines at http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/p1779.pdf.
Posting Jobs and Internships
Our students seek both part-time and full-time positions, as well as internships. As students are completing their programs of study and starting their job searches for full-time positions at the close of the fall and spring semesters, those are the best times to post.
