Financial aid/direct loan students:

Bookstore vouchers for Fall 2014 will begin August 11 and will close September15. 

Financial aid will disburse to your student banner account on September 24. Please be sure all your contact information is up-to-date.  An email will be sent.

Refunding of remaining student financial aid will begin the month of October. All remaining aid will be refunded, the college will no longer hold financial aid/loan money. Please rescind hold if necessary. Otherwise, Title IV Authorized holds will be refunded July 2015.

Direct deposit is not mandatory but is recommended. A refund to your account will be done quickly, reliably and free of charge. Please be sure your direct deposit is accurate.

Application Fee

There is a one-time $20 application fee for all first time students registering for credit courses.

Fee deposits

Non-refundable College service and student activities fees are due at the time of registration for all credit courses including courses for audit, exclusive of tuition. Registrations without payment of fees or acceptable arrangements are subject to cancellation; however, students are responsible for the applicable charges should they fail to formally drop the class(es) from their schedule or withdraw from the College.

Students are responsible for the status of their accounts with the College. Such accounts can be viewed online at any time on myCommNet.

Bus passes

Bus passes for the Summer semester are available beginning May 12. Pick them up at the Cashiers Window, Room K508.

Summer 2014 Semester

Full payment or a payment plan arrangement is due at the time of registration beginning April 1. Books are not included. Registration without payment are subject to cancellation daily.

Fall 2014 Semester

College services and student activities fees are due when you register beginning April 8. Remaining balance of tuition, including any unpaid fees, are due August 4. If full payment is not made by this date, you must have an acceptable payment alternative in place, such as:

  • A fully-authorized financial aid award 
  • Payment Plan installment 
  • Letter from a third party providing an unconditional guarantee of payment presented to the cashier
  • An applicable Tuition/Fee Waiver (renewed each semester) form presented to the cashier.

Continuing Education courses

Full payment is due at the time of registration. Fees are subject to change. Financial Aid does not cover non-credit courses.
