Under the supervision of the Division Director, the faculty member/Program Coordinator is expected to develop and teach a wide variety of courses in Automated Manufacturing Engineering Technology (AMET) and associated laboratory courses, and perform the duties of a coordinator. Applicants should have familiarity with Solidworks and MasterCAM software and have familiarity operating manual and CNC machines. A coordinator’s duties include: collecting and analyzing data, writing reports and performing other activities necessary for the maintenance of accreditation for the AMET program through ETAC of ABET, and recruiting students to and retaining students in the AMET program. The faculty member/Program Coordinator will integrate computer technology into curriculum and make real-world connections through appropriate activities. In addition, the faculty member/Program Coordinator will assess student performance and may assume additional responsibilities including student advisement; committee work; participation in special college projects; development of new innovative instructional techniques, course offerings, or programs; and participate in community service consistent with the institutional mission. Within applicable contractual provisions, teaching faculty and non-teaching professional staff are committed to the operation of the college five days a week, which may include evenings, Saturdays or Sundays.
Under the supervision of the Director of the Business and Professional Services Division, the faculty member will teach Computer Information Systems, Networking, Network Security and/or other Cybersecurity related type courses. In addition, the instructor develops syllabi; maintains office hours; academically advises students: maintains accurate records; develops new instructional techniques, course offerings and programs; serves on college-wide and division committees; participates in college-wide and division meetings, conferences, convocations; participates in community service activities; performs any other academically related task as required. Within applicable contractual provisions, teaching faculty and non-teaching professional staff are committed to the operation of the college five days a week, which may include evenings, Saturdays or Sundays.
Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing and Allied Health Programs, the Assistant Professor of Nursing shall teach courses leading to an Associate’s degree in Nursing. Position requires two clinical days per week. Performance of other duties associated with teaching in a community college is expected. Within applicable contractual provisions, teaching faculty and non-teaching professional staff are committed to the operation of the college five days a week, which may include evenings, Saturdays or Sundays.
Under the supervision of the Academic Division Director of Nursing and Allied Health Programs, the Physical Therapist Assistant Program Faculty/Program Director is expected to develop and teach a variety of courses and shall coordinate the PTA program including program development and accreditation; faculty selection and professional development; instructional quality; administration and resource management; budget and fiscal management; and program evaluation and assessment.
