In anticipation of record enrollments we are expanding our applicant pool for part-time instructors of credit and non-credit courses and part time Educational Assistants. Part-time day, evening and weekend positions may be available in Waterbury and Danbury.
Part Time Lecturers (PTLs)

Clinical faculty for Allied Health & Nursing programs, Tutors in: Mathematics; English; Reading/Writing; Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics), Testing Specialists & Assistants, Academic Advisors & Counselors, Lab Assistants, Scheduling Assistants, Computer Specialists, Technicians: Electrical; Electronics; Automotive; Manufacturing; Mechanical, Librarians and Library Assistants, Marketing Assistants and specialists to work with business and industry.
Degree requirements, hours per week, and salary vary with position. Fees for contractual services also vary with nature and duration of service.
Non Credit Lecturers (NCLs)/Continuing Education Instructors/Trainers
Proposals for new non-credit courses and training programs may be submitted to the Program Director, CED. Listed below are a selection of fields in which there is a continuous need for instructors and trainers:

Non-Credit Lecturers (NCLs) needed for our expanding Health Care Programs in Danbury, CT. Subject matter includes: Medical Terminology; Certified Nurse Aide; Rehabilitation Skills for Patient Care Technicians; Basic Nursing Skills for Patient Care Technicians; Computers for Health Care; English for Health Care Workers; Medical Coding & Billing Specialist Topics; Health Unit Coordinator; and Introduction to Health Care Systems.
Master's Degree in subject area. College teaching experience and/or related work experience preferred.
