Become a mentor and you can make a difference in a student's life
Navigating the College process can be an intimidating process for some students.
Research shows that students who are connected and comfortable at the College are more likely to graduate and succeed while those who do not have an established support system are more likely to transfer or drop-out.
As a mentor and role model, your personal connection with a student will support student self-advocacy, build self-esteem and help them to overcome academic and personal challenges as they pursue their educational goals.
