Where is NVCC?

Naugatuck Valley Community College is located in Waterbury, CT at the heart of the 13-town Central Naugatuck Valley Region.  With a population of over 110,000, Waterbury is Connecticut's fifth largest city yet retains all the classic appeal of a small New England town. In addition to the many benefits within the city, we're a comfortable two-hour drive to Boston, Providence and New York City. The pleasures of both shoreline (beaches, boating, seaside towns) and mountains (skiing, hiking, outdoor sports) are just a short drive away!

As you consider relocating, you'll be happy to know that the climate in Connecticut is moderate in spring, summer and fall and is cold in the winter. Our state is known for exquisite multicolored fall foliage and beautiful beaches along the coastline. Shopping and cultural events are available in Waterbury and nearby towns and cities that are easily accessible by car or public transportation.
