College Career Pathways (CCP) is a partnership between NVCC and 12 area high schools to offer college-level courses on-site at local high schools. All CCP courses are articulated with NVCC and are delivered by the high school faculty.
Partner high schools include: Bethel, Crosby, Danbury, Kennedy, Masuk, New Milford, Newtown, Nonnewaug, Thomaston, Waterbury Career Academy, Wilby and Wolcott.
Apply to the program
In order to apply to CCP:
1. Download and follow these application instructions. Note, you must have your social security number and a valid emails address to complete the application.
2. Complete the Online Application found at myCommNet. Applications will be accepted from Oct. 15 through Nov. 16, 2015 for the 2015-2016 academic year.
3. Students are also required to complete and submit a signed Parental Consent Form by Nov. 20, 2015.
Please plan ahead, these are firm deadlines. No paper applications will be accepted or processed.
CCP students who wish to attend NVCC after high school graduation must reapply to the college and select new or transfer student as their student type. The best time to complete an application for fall admission is during the spring semester of your senior year. Visit www.nv.edu/apply.
If you would like to have your CCP credits transferred to another college, this can be done after June 20, 2016 using the transcript request form.
