For Fall 2017

  • Fall 2017 Semester Registration begins April 10, 2017.
  • Fall 2017 classes begin August 29, 2017.
  • Remember to pay your non-refundable college services and student activity fees when you register.
  • Be sure to make your complete payment by August 1, 2017 so that we can guarantee your seat or let us know if you are taking advantage of one of our flexible payment arrangements listed below.
    • A fully-authorized financial aid award (sorry-pending award cannot be applied)
    • A convenient payment plan
    • A letter from a third party providing unconditional guarantee of payment - visit Bursars (Cashier's) Office for more information.

For Summer 2017 Session

  • Registration begins April 3, 2017.
  • Full payment is due when you register.

  • Pay online. Sign in to your myCommNet account Banner Self-Service.
  • Pay by phone by calling the Bursar's Office at (203) 575-8055.
  • Pay by fax by faxing your credit card information to (203) 596-8623

  • In Person: Visit the Bursar's Office in Kinney Hall, Room 506 M-F from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
  • Skip the Line - Drop off your payment in the secured mailbox located just outside the Bursar's Office. Please add Student Name and ID number clearly.

Summer 2017 Session

  • Registration begins April 3rd. 
  • Payment is due in full when you register, however, if you want to sign up for a payment plan you can do the following: 
    • Print PDF form - make sure you fill-up the form, sign, and sent to Bursars (Cashier's) Office immediately.  You can fax the form to (203) 596-8623 or email it to the Bursar's Office
    • Pay required amount online or calling bursar’s office at 203-575-8055. 
    • Or sign-up in person visiting the Bursar’s Office during normal business hours.

Fall 2017 Semester

Online installment payment plan begins July 18. Make sure that you pay your student activity and college services fees when you register so we can guarantee your seat.

To Enroll Online:
  • Log into myCommNet Click: “Banner Student & Faculty Self Service” 
  • Click: “Billing/Payment” 
  • Click: “Enroll in Installment Plan” from box on the left.
  • Click: “Installment Plan and eBill Center” 
  •  Select: "Payment Plan" in TouchNet center. 

To enroll in person: 

Visit the Bursar's (Cashier's) Office during normal business hours. 

Please note: 

  • You must be enrolled in 3 credit hours or more.
  • You can choose from biweekly installments or fixed dates. 
  • You can select "Automatic Payments" to be deducted directly from your bank account. 
  • Automatic reminders will be sent to your college email. 
  • A service charge of $25.00 will be applied - non-refundable. 
  • $15.00 late fee is automatically charged if payment is not made within 3 days after the due date. 
  • Partial financial aid students can enroll in person only. 
  • If you are paying with check or cash, please visit the Bursar's Office to enroll. 
  • You can set up an “Authorized User” to manage your bill. 
  • If you receive financial aid or a loan after enrolling, it is your responsibility to contact the Cashiers Office to get removed from the plan to avoid late charges. 
  • Failure to pay the tuition or enroll in a payment plan by the appropriate date may result in cancellation of registration. Students whose classes are canceled for non-payment will need to re-register on a space-available basis when able to pay tuition. 

Important – If a student cannot afford to make a payment and/or is no longer interested in taking classes, it is their sole responsibility to withdraw from those courses by the established due date or the student may be subject to applicable charges. Please be sure to read our refund policies.
